booted up fallout new vegas (fully legit steam copy) for the first time in a month or 2 when im prompted with several notifications that a new quest has appeared and my level cap is raised by 5 a bunch of times. i then checked the steam store and all the dlc is shown as not purchased on my account. did a quick google search as well to see if bethesda has blessed us with free dlc and nothing wHvOA.
